Love

Loving for a payback?
What is love? So many people have turned this into a "4 letter word", using it only to create a reaction. Love is said too much for the purpose of selfish gratification. Not because it is genuine. So many seem to forget that real love, pure love is, well, God-like love. It is unconditional. Accepting ... boring.
To have compassion seems to be harder for some people than working an 80 hour work week.

"A thing is not necessarily true because a man dies for it."

On Air

Implications everywhere
around me on the floor.

Breathe me in 'cause I'm on air
and dripping down your door.

Inspiration melts in me
and blends into my core.

With powers from the blessed be
bleeding into more.

Everybody Is a Roof Dog At One Time or Another

The media and those whom upon a finger rests, call it a "blame game".
Who is at fault for the disregard for human life?

Think about this: We have witnessed the fallout from a Hurricane!

The tragedy of a War Administration.

Can you even fathom the reality that our troops have, and still are, facing worse conditions deployed to New Orleans than they endured in Iraq, Afghanistan etc., when it comes to having their basic needs met? Hygeine, Food, Shelter, Comfort.
In Iraq they bunked in airconditioned tents. The had a fully staffed and stocked mess hall. Showers every night. It took over 3 days for 13,000 troops from oregon to have a litrine to use while cleaning up Katrinas mess. As of Last night, still no shower.
This is day 8 now. Meals ready to eat..."k-rations" is only food.
The heat humidty is comparable to an armpit... Seriously!
Now imagine being a resident down there. The end of your world playing out before you. Powerless. Scared. In pain. Alone.
"Evacuation orders" .... yet....no where to go. and/or No way to.
If I lived there I would have been with all of them. Because of my monetary status.

See how it is? Money is the root of all.............
PERIOD!

Dare I ask?
Are we powerless like the roof Dogs to change what has become the most threatening and Tyranical Leadership of the United States?

Transient Tie Up Facility

I was living in my van down by the river

until they posted this sign:

I couldn't be tied up at that time so I left.
